I have just registerd on your site and I would like to say hello to you all. I declared bankrupt in June of this year and I have really struggled since. I am a self employed carpenter and live in my own home with my 16 year old son. I have fallen behind on my mortgage payments over the past few months to lack of work. I am in court in January. I had my first meeting with my officially appointed trustee on Monday.Nice enough chap. A bit heated at times. The best news that I have had for a long time came in the form of being accepted by Co Op bank for a cashminder account. I worry about losing my home as I am sure many people do. I have asked your site a question in search of some advice on my house and court case. I would like to discuss it here with you once I have had a reply.
