Hi

bankruptcy would seem to be a viable solution for you.

Contact your local county court and request they send you the necessary forms for you to declare bankruptcy and complete the forms as best you can.

Any sections where you have difficulty use the forum for guidance.Ask all the questions you need. It's exactly what the forum is for.

When requesting the forms ask the court regarding their procedure. Is it a walk in court - where you just turn up with the forms and the fees - or is their an appointment system. Also ask what proof is needed for you to have the court fee waived as you are on benefits.

This will reduce the cost from £495 to £345 which is payable in cash on the day.
