I have 2 CCJ's, what happens with those after I have made myself BR? Can they still chase me?

Hi Simon and welcome

The 2 ccjs will remain on your credit file but the payments you have to make i think will get written off in the bankruptcy as long as it was in the period before you declare the bankruptcy. I am sure that is how it works with ccjs.

Take care

Hi

the CCJ's will remain on your credit file, however the bankruptcy will include these debts so so recovery action can be taken from the time you petition
