Have had 2 communications from this company since I went bankrupt. The first offered to annul my BR, which I thought would be lovely, but - ahem - what about all those debts - can they annul them too!

The second commented on how I had ignored their first letter, so maybe I would like some support at the OR's meeting - how thoughtful of them! But do you think they might want fees .... from a BR person

Hi S4pps

They are just preying on you. I had the same and i promptly shreded them.

They go through the insolvency site or the london gazette and take their pick on who to write to next, so if i were you i would shred and ignore.

I did :-)

Hi

they are primarily interested if you have huge equity in your house and will try to annul the Br for a significant fee.

It's allright Paul, the letters went straight in the bin - it just amused me the way they made it sound like they'd be doing me such a favour! LOL
