my name is gavin i have car finance that i cant aford to pay.our income is 1400 and our outgoings are 1350 pcm the online assesment states to go bankrupt do you have any advise
What other assets do you have, like a home or other car/caravan?
How long have you had the car? What value is the car? How much is outstanding on the finance itself? What other debts do you have if any?
I do want to help you just need a bit more info thats all, if you dont mind.
