I have now taken the decision to declare br,(not proud)my question is,How can I get my wages out of my bank,if the account is closed cos i get paid weekly,will i have enough time,to open an account in one week,I am feeling terrible 40k in debt.also so im not giving away money,whats the first step to br,who do i contact?courts or a solicitor,thanks

Please see your other post. Looking at your other post, I think if you rush into going BR you will create more problems. You do have time.

Just because creditors are giving you loads of grief, does not mean that you have to rush into anything. It sounds to my like it is still early days. So you are probably quite a long way from bailiffs calling.

Keep asking questions, get the facts and then act.

cant work out how to reply properly,thanks again for your help.i have contacted some creditors up to now,the inland revenue,wiped 2k cos it was a ltd company and doesnt operate now,am going to contact all others as well,house wise, was a sale thru estate agents and definetly not one of those that you mentioned,tried to get the apr down from 1 creditor cos its going up to 34 from 29 apr,no help what so ever,grrrrrrr.
