Myself and my husband wish to declare as bankrupt. However, although I am UK citizin, he is South African with Indefinate Leave to Remain. Can he go bankrupt? The debts that would be included were incurred in the UK only.
Indeed, your husband can go BR here in the UK, but it is likely he'll have to do it at the High Court (do check with your local County Court as to whether they'll have jurisdiction in his case).
