Please can you give more information?

How many creditors does she have?
What are her total debts?
How many are in joint names?
What assets does she have?
What is your situation?

This can be a problem with joint debts and Bankruptcy. The creditors will then start to target the non BR.

How long have you been BR for? If not long I would wait a while and see what the outcome of your BR is. Then maybe your other half could take the same route?

Alternatively your other half could opt for an affordable debt management plan?
