| my husband is going to file for bankruptcy as he owes more than £70,000 this has been through 2 businessess and loans to keep afloat, i also have debt about £13,000 and on my income i cannot surpport both of us we are going to have to move into rented accommadation and iam self employed, and listed as a partner on one of the businesses, we are now discussing joint bankruptcy what are the chances that we do this and both start afresh? |
