Hi Every one
Had the court case today,
So now I am debt free,
It did not nearly happen as the solicitor for my fail IVA, had not been sent some paper work,
And the Judge gave her a hard time.
The solicitor promise to have the paperwork for her in 24 hrs,
The Judge allowed her until 4pm tommorow too get it sorted, and reminded her that she may end up in Holloway prison if she didn't.
I thought it was me who was ment to have the hard time not the solicitor.
The Judge asked me I agree to the BR
I said I tried to take care of the Debts but failed.
The reply was well at least you tried and good luck for the future.

So now I have to wait for the OR to send paperwork through, then try to get my life on track.
The first phone call I recievd was Llyods TSB one of my creditors,
I had great pleasure in telling them I was BR, and to stop hasseling me.

Step one taken care of a few more to go

All the best

Congratulations Leakie!

I hope it all gets sorted for you.

I am still waiting for my first phonecall from the Creditors, but I received my official BR document from the Court today.

Hi

I have got 12 days and 2 hours to go until my bankruptcy hearing and I am scared witless. I accumulated a large amount of debt through sheer stupidity. Once I realised how much trouble I was in, I contacted CCCS who at the time advised me to declare myself bankrupt. That was in 2006. i managed to arrange an informal arrangement plan with my creditors but just before christmas my partner left and now I only have enough money for basic bills never mind the debt payments.
