Just wondering, i got made redundant on Monday and I am wondering that if i was to not return to work and remained soley on benefits what would happen to my iva that i am currently in? does benefit class as income when going bankrupt??"?
I would also like to add that i dont think they will continue with your IVA if your only source of income is benefits.
I may be wrong but i am pretty sure that once they hear then it may be terminated.
Have you contacted your IVA provider about this at all.
