what debt will be wiped off i have a vat bill from 3 years ago what will happen to that my house was repossed as well also i could not afford to pay my car loan
All debts prior to your bankruptcy apart from some student loans, court fines and fraud debts will be written off.
So your mortgage debt, your VAT debt and your car loan debt will all be included.
