It is normally £495 per person, however people on certain benefits can get a reduction of £150 each so you will need to find £345 each if you qualify for the reduction
working towards the first day of the rest of our lives
As Mr&Mrs has said the fee is £495 each but if you contact your local court they can send you out a claim form to fill in to help you get the reduction in the fee which will then reduce the cost by £150 each.
You have to apply via the court and its at their discretion. You may also be able to find out how long and what details they will need to have to hand when applying for the reduction and if you need anything you can get it beforehand.
If we can help with anymore questions please do ask.
Best of luck

My hubby and I also receive benefits and went bankrupt last month. We needed a letter from Job Centre plus that was less than a month old that stated we were on benefits. My husband used that to claim the discount and I had to provide 6 months of bank statements along with letters showing what other benefits I receive. These letters could be any date.
Just try to take everything that relates to your benefits and you should be fine.
