i was working in two jobs one of now i have lost, i have 8 creditors ranging from bank loan to credit cards the totall being 15000 pounds, i earn after tax 700 per month, my house is jointly owned the equity being 8-10 thousand pounds, i am concerned that if i declare bankruptcy they will force the sale of my house, thank you for your help

Hi

The OR won't immediately force the sale however if there is equity then the OR would become the owner of your share.

YOu may do well to do some serious research on the true value of the property by asking 3 estate agents to value on a 90 day valuation - i.e. what you would really get for it if you had to sell it now.
