My Husband has been made bankrupt and has not had his interview yet but the Bank Accounts have been frozen already!! One of our joint accounts has our child benefit paid into it and is due this tuesday!! Am I not going to be able to withdraw this? I have changed the account for it to be paid into but this will take a couple of weeks or so!! Many thanks

Your husband should phone the OR on monday and let them know that the CB is in the frozen account. They may well write to the bank and ask them to release these funds
