Hi,have just acquired the forms for bankruptcy.I have approx £24k in unsecured debts.I also have mortgage arrears of £10k,with my lender now looking to enforce a suspended re-posession order.
Should i submit the forms after re-posession,before,or doesnt it matter?
Thanks

Hi

in theory it doesn't matter, however it is good that you include your best guess for the shortfall ( not just arrears ) for thr mortgage in the UNSECURED debts section .

This is because when the property is finally sold the shortfall will become unsecured
