Hi,A question of timing! I have debts of approx £24k and looking to apply for bankruptcy.My property has mortgage arrears of £10k and my lender is looking to enforce a suspended reposession order.Should i apply for bankruptcy before this occurs,after,or doesnt it matter? thanks
