Hi,

I have been appointed solicitors to act as IPA collection agents. I thought this would be done by a trustee or some sort, but I dont seem to have been appointed an external trustee as of yet (discharge in May). Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Regards

Hi all,

It is quite common for solicitors to be appointed to manage/collect IPA/IPO payments.

Hi when i spoke to moonbeever about this they told me that once the NT code had been applied they only needed to see further wages slips if there was a massive increase in wages.

I have not sent down Decs as they said not too.

I dare say if they do they would have been in contact by now.:-)

Hi,

My first payment is end of Jan, they have asked for payslips prior to nil tax pay which is from June. I sent them payslips from March.

Are we saying I dont have to send payslips every month, just when/if things change considerably?

What about a bonus I may get in April. Its not regular, and its not guaranteed...!? Is this something I even have to declare if its irregular, or will have to send in a payslip for?

I have to say pretty pleased with Moonbeever so far. They wanted me to back date my IPA to October when I signed, I asked and they contacted the OR office who said I could start in Jan....

Regards

i

Indy are you in an income IPA as if you are yours will continue past the end of the financial year so you may have to tell them in April about any bonus. If your still br in April you may still have to tell them and they will sort out who gets the money esp for large bonuses.
