just spoke at length with the OR, he says I may have a restriction at the end of 12 months extending my bankruptcy, Im really not that bothered though as it is such a relief to stop worrying about repaying my debt in full, and to be honest I dont care if I never see credit again! he says me and my better half will have to pay £65 pm and that he will be sending out paperwork for me to sign, he called my partner and arranged a phone interview with him for Monday, he said he would be writing to the Co-op were we have opened a cashminder account and to be aware they may want to close the account, but I'll give them a ring later,I must say he was an extremely nice man, who, whilst firm was understanding, if anybody is waiting to speak to the OR who reads this, just be honest with them and I think you will find like me the experience is not nearly so terrifying as you imagine it to be.

Hi jan

Thanks for updating and sharing that info with us, i know for any newbies it can be quite daunting esp when it comes ot the OR.

At least now you know what to expect and dont forget if your not happy with the IPA then you can inform the OR you dont have to sign it until you feel its 100% right.

Good luck with your new debt free life.

I hope noone minds me suggesting this, but if you need your I&E checked then why not post them on here - just to make sure your claiming all your entiltled to i.e. prescriptions, dentist, hair cuts, dry cleaning etc - usually the ones you forget about. Even if its to double check that you have got the surplus the or is asking for.

I understand its easier, however you dont want to be struggling down the line
