| had a notice of breach today!told us to write a letter explaining what happened?they said to try and put it right in a month,what happens then,they would,nt say? |

message for needafriend, i had an iva but the job is gone at the end of jan,told dfd and they said miss at least two payment which i did and now the letter of breach has come |

So SGR that is the breach for your IVA is that right?
I would think that you now have to wait for the failure letter/notice to come in then you canpetition for your bankruptcy, i may be wrong and someone may turn round a say that you can use a breach letter but i do think that a failure cert or letter will have to be issued before you can go to the court.

| hi jo,thanks for that.a while ago the ip said there was a clause that said they/or the creditors could petition for bankruptcy1do you think this is likely as there is no way we could do it on our income? |
