please help filling out forms online bit stuck which section do i put my house in as we voluntarily handed our keys back last month and on the outgoings for food and clothing what sort of figure would you expect for two adults and four children know what i want to put but they will probably think i am pushing it please help

sorry another question still hoping someone can answer my first one though pleaseeee help.today a letter came from a solicitor working for my mortgage company wanting two months arrears but keyswent back dec iam still paying building ins do i need to and why have they not responded to keys going back please help we go br on wed

Hi

Why are you paying building insurance?

Housekeeping for 2 adults + 4 children should be around £685 per month

The house definately needs to go on the forms under the SECURED section and also the UNSECURED.

the unsecured section is where you put your best guess as to the mortgage shortfall after the house has been sold

hi we stopped paying our insurance, as soon as we moved into rented

moving forward to new beginnings

thanks paul dont know why im paying building ins still, thought i would be liable till mortgage company accepted possesion should i cancel it we will be br on wednesday and i guess the loan once secured to house is now in the unsecured section as well

thanks joella what a lemon i am just dont know why they are asking for arrears and saying they will take my house if i dont pay when they already have the keys back i tracked delivery so know they have got them
