I have my bankruptcy papers ready to submit with the court fee. The problem I have is that I am no longer living or working in the UK. How does this work and can I give a care of address for contact in the UK? Will baliffs go to the care of address? Also if I need to repay any amounts how can this be done from an overseas (european) location?
I would suggest contacting Paul Johns at Reviva (details on the experts page). Paul has a lot of experience in delaing with bankruptcies where the individual is not resident in the UK.
