Hi Peter13396,
The telephone interviews normally take only 30 minutes. They will ask how you got into this situation, look at your income and expenditure as well as any assets (ie. property, vehicles etc). In addition, they will go through your list of creditors and ask you:
1. When was the debt taken out?
2. What were the monthly payments?
3. What was the money used for?
