I'm going to court next Weds 21st and am filling in the forms on line - I thought it would be easier!!!
Couple of questions -
In Assets I have a vehicle so have filled in details in 3.7 along with details of vehicles disposed of in last 12 months, but it says if you currently own a vehicle this shouls also be listed in 3.1. But under what heading??
Also I have put my house (mortgaged) in assets and also in property (current) section but where do you indicate that it is in negative equity? In the property current setion should I put the net value in the approximate value this would the show the negative equity amount.
The car should be listed in 3.14 under motor vehicles.
Section 4 (secured creditors) gives you an opportunity of ;isting mortgage balance (A) and property value (B) and then will show how much equity there is.
