For a couple of months last year I did the occasional mystery shopper assignments (approx 8 in total) I earned about £70 in total. Should I include this as self employment? Although I am still registered I do not plan on doing any more

Hi

being registered does not make you self employed as such. Remember the forms should show the position you are in as of the date that you declare bankruptcy. As you have no intention of utilising this income stream in the future it's not necessary.
However, you may want to list it as the last work you carried out which is a question asked in the same section (6).
