This is my 3rd question in a shoRt space of time as i am getting more & more upset at the thought of bankruptcy
My sister has been diagnosed with cirrohsis of the liver and i used cash till payday to fund travel to see her
She is going into hospital this month for tests as she need a transplant
i may have to be tested as a doner
all this worry about money is making me feel awful as i need to be well
In all i have cashed £1700.00 worth of cheques and most of my money is spent trying to stop the cheques being sent to the bank
trying to stop them going to the bank
Please can you advise me

I have spoken to a debt advice company who were very nice and suggested bankruptcy but
i FEEL I AM AT MY WITS END

Hi

is it bankruptcy itself or the whole situation that troubles you?

Bankruptcy is nothing to fear although it should be understood and respected.

I would call the helpline on the freephone number and talk through your situation.

Please do not get wound up - i know its easier said than done as i have been there too, however maybe a call to the helpline will put you at ease.

They will listen to your situation and give you the best possible advice. Best of all the wont judge you.

Please dont suffer in silence.
