HI There
the company is a new build cleaning company in the construction industry. We have a L200 truck fitted with a reach and wash system paid for by my dad. Value is £10,000. The company also has a corporation tax bill outstanding of £7500.00 which we cant pay.

Hi there.

Did your father purchase the vehicle or did he loan the money to you or to the Ltd company?

This question is important because it identifies whether your father owns the truck or if he is a creditor.

Are there any more debts in the Ltd company?

I really would recommend you make a call in the morning to a specialist who can go through the options with you and the various consequences so you know where you are and what you need to do next.

Which part of the country are you in?
