Hi all
Just got back from the OR interview,
Took just under 2 hours, as they are very busy at the moment.
It was not as bad as I thought, very nice lady,
asked loads of questions,
But the impression I got was that they wanted me to say
I lived beyond my means.
I think I realised that along time ago.
any way another part out of the way, although I may need a follow up interview at a later date,
21/2 week gone already since BR, gone very quickly, hope the other 49 1/2 weeks go just as quick.

All the best

Leakie

Great news Leakie. Why do you think there'll be a follow-up interview?

Hi Julian
3 reasons
1 as they are very busy they limit the interview to a maximum of 2 hrs, this is so they can get 3 interviews done in a day,
2 As I have started trading again they need 2 months Accounts, I assume this is to work out if I pay an IPA or not,
3 I wrongly assumed they would have all the information, of creditors from my failed IVA.

I will have to forward the info on to them .
I did manage to keep my Van (£2500-£3000) well happy.

Well done Leakie,
The time will fly, we are 19 weeks in now and things are much less stressful.

I'm sure you'll be fine. Follow-up meeting are usually fairly short as they are addressing specific points!
