Hi guys

Do you put your bank accounts and cards in section four unsecured creditors? if so its asking what the money was used for however it was used for numerous things? can i just write various?

Hi

credit cards, bank accounts etc go in the unsecured section

used for :-

debt consolidation
debt repayments
living costs
interest & charges
Specific things ( holiday, car repairs, TV, etc etc )

Hi Helpme,

Bank accounts will only go in section 4 unsecured if they are overdrawn. They are also listed in 5.2 and 5.4 on the SOA.
