if i was to declare bankruptcy would that affect my application to move to new zealand

Hi

as long as you give the Official Receiver handling your case good contact details the bankruptcy would not affect your application from that side.

But you should find out from NZ immigration if there is a problem from their side.I don't think you'll have a problem but best check first.
