Could someone please clarify .. Other than benefits and (IS, CTC, CB) the only other money we have coming in is £40 Child support from my ex. Are all my incomings accountable to go BR?

Hi Leah

All monies needed to be included on the SoA but only IS, CTC, WTC would be counted as income CB and your maintanence should not be as far as i am aware.

Hi Leahk,

The thing to remember here is that benefits are deemed to be the minimum anyone can live on so won't be touched in BR,

Hi Leahk

We only receive benefits and declared bankruptcy last month. When I spoke to the OR on Wednesday she said we wouldn't get an OR as we are on benefits so you don't need to worry too much like Julian said.

Kind regards

Amanda
