I havn't been on for several months due to illness caused by anxiety over my bankruptcy. Anyway back in October I did a posting about a letter I had received fron OR about early discharge.
I sent the letter back within the 14 days but did not hear anything so I started to worry that something had gone wrong however this morning (31.01.09) had a letter informing me that I was discharged on 01.12.08 so all that wory was for nothing.
I was declared bankrupt 13/5/08 and discharged 01/12/08
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone, Julian, Skippy etc who have guided me through this really tough time.
Can any one tell me when my name will be taken off the register.
Your name will be taken off the insolvency register 3 months after you have been discharged. I would recommend printing off the page as this can be used as proof of discharge.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
