I cant believe it to be honest, I wanted to ask about the handing back of the keys etc and whether the OR office need any details of dates etc.

She said no it was okay to hand back the keys but just forward any letters regarding the shortfall if/when in however months time to her. She just wanted me to email her my new address after the move, and said she wouldnt bother with a new I&E until the one just prior to discharge, I said my discharge wouldnt be until October. She advised me that I would be discharged June/July time. Happy summer holidays.

I really cant stress enough to people are just going thru the process that it is not as scary as you think. The examiners are only human and not monsters, as are court staff and judges.

I wished i had done this years ago it would have prevented a whole load of sleepless nights and weight loss (didnt mind that thou) lol.

Good luck to everyone who is in court or has their interviews soon.

Take care

Yes thanks Mel and yes they are soo true, my IVA failed in June/July 08 after 4mths into it due to relationship breakdown, but we are now giving it another go. I feel much more positive now. I did thou think it was the end of the world last June/July what a difference a year makes.

and melanie over on the IVA forum helped me thru those dark months emmensely but bit the bullett after finding this forum.

That is certainly an uplifting message, I hope that I feel the same way when I have my interview. I am really feeling stressed up now, and absolutely dreading it, I have not heard anything from the OR as yet and I went BR last Thursday, it is sinking in now and I feel like a complete failure and feel I should have done better than to get into so much debt.

Sorry to jump in on this thread like this.

Sandie, please don't feel that you're a failure. Most of us can think that there was something different we could have done, but we've done what we thought was best at the time.

You will get through this. I've come out of it a stronger person and you will as well x
