Hi, just wanted to say thank you to all your help, today i did the deed and the only problem was the snow.
I set off really early to make sure we were not late, arrived at 9.45 appointment was at 10.00 at Barnsley. It took us 45 mins for a 15 min journey, typical the day i go bankrupt the day the country has snow.
I went to the desk told them i was here and they said some one will be down to see me.
A lovely lady checked my forms and i swore on the bible, paid my money, then she said to wait until she saw the judge...
Half an hour later she came back with the forms signed and done, and the OR will be ringing me this afternoon.
All over in less tham an hour, if anything they made me feel relaxed, my only wobble came when the cashier checked all my notes under the UV light, but they were all good.

later that afternoon a lady rang from the OR office, checked a few personal details, were we losing our house etc, said she would not get the statement of affairs while tommorow and we would hear from the OR regarding the interview be it phone or Face to face.

I have to say the relief of knowing i am now debt free is fantastic, just got the OR to see.
But knowing i am not worring whether the phone will ring, letters through the door or worst still balliffs turning up, i at last will have a good nights sleep.

Once again thanks for all your advice and help.
