could my partner by a motorbike or would this be taken away if we went bankrupt?

Hi

they could but it would be claimed in bankruptcy unless it is required for work. So firstly they would have to be in work and secondly the public transport options would need to be unfavourable.

Also the bike must not be worth more than £2K.
