When filling the online forms in can you save them and go back to complete them at a later time as it is asking me if i've completed the statement of affairs and the form percentage must be 100% complete. I can't complete them now but don't want to start again if I leave the session.

Yes you can go back to complete them later.

Really, unless you have to submit them online it might be better to do it on paper instead. You could get hold of several bankruptcy packs by post or directly from your local county court and fill them out yourself.

It might be easier than mucking aorund with that awkward online system.

Hi you can save them and go back later, I started mine around the end of August then submitted them on the 15th October 2 day before my date.

It was quite an easy process as keep flicking between that and the forum for answers i needed.

I found filling the forms out online quite straightforward and I liked the fact that if I made a mistake I could correct it without messing up the forms!

Hi there just joined today, I did it online over a few days and submitted by e-mail and took 2 printed copies to the court, found it quite easy doing it in stages.

Hey there

Got to add that i agree with the others, in that it was very straightforward to do them online. I saved it each time i filled a new section out and never had any problems.

I found it much easier on line.

I personally found it easier myself to get EVERYTHING together and worked out before I even started filling it all in. Then it was just a case of transferring it all onto the online form and no frantic searching for certain details.

I agree with 69076H my paper forms from the court wer hardly readable.
