hi all,

I am self employed and have been so for 10 years, i have always self assessesd and not used an accountant. I have a few concerns, if i go bankrupt how much contact does the OR have with inland revenue although i have done my best with self assessment should any previous discrepencies/mistakes come to light what would happen ?

Thanks
sott

Depends on how bad the discrepancies were, in other words whether or not you were deliberately seen to be massaging the figures.
