Hi there I was just wondering whether a basic post office account that you have just benefits paid in to would be frozen and would it be possible to have my benefits paid into my mums account temporarily whilst going bankrupt and waiting to set up a cash minder account or would this confuse matters with the OR.
Many thanks for any advice you can give

If in the worse case scenario the account was frozen it would only be temporary and the OR would speak to the bank to explain the situation this usually can take a day or 2 at the most to enable you to have access to your money
