Your overdraft is included in your bankruptcy so you don't need to worry about that.

Did you petition for your own BR or did one of your creditors make you BR?

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

All debts owed at the time you went bankrupt are included in the bankruptcy - therefore your overdraft would most definately be included in the bankruptcy.

Hi gally

If there is any debt in a joint bank account when going bankrupt, then I beleive the the non bankrupt would be responsible for repaying any debt on that account.
