Hi Everyone.

I have been on here before about my debts and I am still VERY confused!

It's looking more likely that Bankruptcy. How do I go about getting the ball rolling?

On Monday, I'll be ringing the H.P company to find out if possible to either keep the car or pass it on to a 3rd party so I can hold on to it.

Thanks In Advance for any help received

Have you had any advice from an expert on how to get the ball rolling with bankrupcty. Everyone circumstances are different so I would talk to someone like I did.

Hi stressed

Might be a good idea to do that. Paul Johns from Reviva UK helped me and was brilliant, so there is no harm in having a chat with him.
