I own a property in turkey,if i am made bankrupt,will it be siezed.Thanks

Hi

you are required to declare your interest in the property on the SoA.
If your interest in the property has equity then the OR will want to realise this sum for the benefit of the creditors.
If it has no equity there won't be a problem.
