My employment is commission based, the lack of such lately been a big part of my financial downfall. If I have to pay a monthly ammount into my bankruptcy, will this be based on my basic wage as this is all I can gaurentee earning? If things improve and I start to earn regular commission again will they amend payments? Same question applies to overtime.

Hi

your initial net income figure should be based on an average of the 3 months prior to petitioning.

Thereon it should be reviewed each month, again based on the previous 3 month average.
