My Bankrupcty has been passed to the head office at Stockon on Tees, does anyone know why this would happen. I dont have an assets and my house was repossessed in June 2008.

Perhpas you were being dealt with by a satellite office and have been forwarded to the main OR for your area. There are no head offices only Official Receivers in London which deals with more 'unusal/high profile cases' the OR you del with depends on your residentail address for greater period running up to the BO - have you moved home?

Hi

It has been known for less busy OR offices to take cases from an overrun office to help even out the workload, and this may be the case here. If you ask they will let you know if this is the reason.
