Now that i have been made bankrupt where can i open a bank account for my wages to be paid in ?

The Co-op or Barclays do Basic bank accounts that are bankrupt friendly.

Co-op cashminder account is the one most recommened... give them a ring and they send out the application really quick, and its really easy to fill in.

You need to make sure you are on the electoral role to get the COOP account but if you can it is a great account

Hi, I have a Nationwide Flexaccount which is basic, only a ATM card but it does let you do direct debits from it.My husband hs an account with Natwest which again is basic but the card you get is a SOLOwhich is now accepted in most places.
