Hi
perfectly normal, the Official Receivers offices are under considerable pressure, don't worry they will get around to you soon enough, in the meantime continue to pay the premiums on the policy.
The examiner will probably be able to deal with this particular issue at the time of your interview. I would expect, if the interview has not already happened, that with over 3 weeks past since you went BR that the interview could be any day now.

I would imagine they would use the same I & E that you submitted on your forms - that's what happened to me.
If they ring you and can't get hold of you, explain when you phone them back and I really don't think they'll be a problem. The other option is for you to contact them yourself and explain this. I was given contact details for the OR when I went BR.

Give the OR's office a ring - another forum poster did that yeaterday and ended up that due to high volumes of work her file had been passed to another office to dealt with (comon practice) and while she was on the phone shall they book for that afternoon, which they did and was all sorted yesterday. You have nothing to lose by contacting them and getting it all sorted sooner rather than later
