Am i correct in believing that an IPA has to be agreed before discharge. Husband just received an ED and was wondering what this means in terms of an IPA

It means he won't get an IPA! Congratulations on his ED x

He has been discharged and cannot now get an IPA. As long as you are not currently bankrupt and awaiting discharge he can now earn anything he wants without losing any of it.
