i went bankrupt in january and had a 20 min telephone call a week later with the OR. it all seems too good to be true, she doesnt want my little fiesta car and there will be no income payments order. What happens now?? do i just carry on as normal recieving my wages and paying my bills as norm.

i heard so many stories about that they place a hold ove ryour income and take all your disposable income if over £50 but the OR said she doesnt want anything. My debt was only £23k so maybe this was the reason?? HELP!

Hi and welcome.

Sounds to me as though you will be ok. If the OR has said you have no IPA then your money is your own.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time

Bubbly - lucky you, relax and enjoy a debt free future! your income obvioulsy does not leave scope for an IPO so you will not have to make any monthly payments and can move forward living within the means of your income, but without having to juggle credit committments you will manage!!

Onwards and upwards
