Hello everyone
I had my bankruptcy hearing yesterday morning. The OR just called to arrange a telephone interview which is at 2pm this afternoon. I have read a few posts and most people have to wait for their interviews. Is this unusual, can anyone advise?

I think it depends on which OR's office you come under as they seem to work in different ways. Some people are contacted on the same day, while others have to wait.
Good luck x

Thanks Skippy, I was beginning to worry that maybe there was a problem.

To be honest I would rather have got it over and done with than waited 2 weeks!

I suppose there is that, at least unless there really is a problem, it will all done and dusted. Thank you for taking the time.

Good luck Shirley, not that you will need it, kust try to view it as a chat, make a cuppa before hand and just answer their questions - they are not there to make life difficult just toget the whole picture as to how you got in the position you are in. Relax and if unsure of enything ask them to explain.
