Have finally decided on br, only problem is there is absolutely no way we can find the money to pay two sets of fees, anybody got any ideas?

are you working? If not or on a low income you can get help from various utility companies via your local Citizens Advice Bureau - make an appointment with them (their money expert)
Also if you have made the decision to go bankrupt it is expected that you cease payments to your creditors to fund the petition costs - you are not expected to fund these as well as paying your debts
