My mark is through there now... trying to give them every peny we have... to get our house back...
HEZ GONER BE SO DISAPOINTED... THEY GOINER REGECT IT... ive tried ringing him since recieving the email... but !!!

have either of you taken legal advice over this matter ? have you tried to arrange alternative housing for your family ?

Sharon, I'm sorry I can't give you any advice, but I know very little about houses and BR. I am thinking about you both, and I wish there was something I could do to help xxx

i am very puzzled i am also looking at buying bi back but i was under the impression there was a three year time limit to deal with property from date of br am i right or wrong on this ?

gally the trustee actally execuited a possession order 4 december 08... evicted me n my kids... mark was acctually working in holland...
ive had leagal advice from day 1n... i tried to do everything possible to fight the B*******ds for 4 years... when they done this... they won over me... they put the house up for sale... they got a rediculous offer... they were going to sell it... my husband owning 50% of the equity... offered them the cash they would get from the sale... we have had a bit trouble trying to raise 20000k...
well 3 weeks... its took... theyve avoided & not took or answered our calls since friday... as they accepted an offer for 2000 more than we have !!!
sent us an email !!!
im devasted...
how can they ???

yes you are right to a degree gally. The time limit is not one during which the property sale must be over and done with but the procedure must have commenced.

Mark and Sharon's situation is a complex one which has developed over time.

WELL I THINK 3 YEARS... FROM REALISING THE INTEREST !!!
1NS THEY HAVE THINGS THROUGH THE COURTS...
THEY CAN DO WOT THEY LIKE...
I WAS MADE BANKRUPT 4 YEARS GONE JANUARY.
THEY GOT THE POSSESSION ORDER 4 APRIL 08.
THEY EXICUTED IT 4 DECEMBER 08.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well my marks rang... hez in the middle of newcastle... on his own in a heap...
Theyve said nowt we can do !!!
we waited since monday for a phone call... so we could go through... they said they will ring back, they not in, etc etc etc...
theyve sold our house... for well under market value... they will get £1000 more than we have...
which will pay the morgage up to date...

IM GUTTED

THEY SELLING MY HOUSE FOR £72.000

WHICH THEY VALUED AT £124.000

THEY HAVE IT FOR SALE FOR £90.000
